Jurata sits on the Hel Peninsula, between the open Baltic and the quiet of the bay. Willa Jūratė is a small house of apartments built for that life, pines, light, terraces, and the daily ritual of coming back to the sea.
We were there to film what living in one of them feels like. Not a listing. Not a walkthrough of square meters. A real estate film for developers, agencies, and coastal properties in Pomorskie, Trójmiasto, Gdańsk, Poland, and for tourist destinations across Europe.
A typical property promo points at finishes and floor plans. Our crew wanted the opposite: the experience of living there, and the comforts that make that life easy.
The whole team moved to Jurata for two days. With the direction of Thony Kamargo we shot the apartment, the terraces, and the coast as one atmosphere, cinematic, unhurried, built to sell the stay rather than the spec sheet. From that shoot we delivered the official commercial and the social cuts the listing could run the same week.
